Worked with the designers at the HOLMES Corp. in adding Color to this Fully Renovated Split Level Home

Preparation and Painting Details:

1. Pole Sand Ceilings

2. Apply 2 coats of Paint on Ceilings

3. Fill all holes in trim and repair damaged trim

4. Sand all trim with dustless sander (240 grit)

5. Mask all areas with tape & plastic & paper

6. Spray prime all trim

7. Sand primed trim with dustless sander (240 grit)

8. Caulk all cracks in baseboards, doors & casings

9. Vacuum all trim to remove loose dust & wipe down with damp rag

10. Spray first finish coat on trim

11. Light hand sand to all trim (240 grit) after the first coat

12. Wipe down all trim again

13. Spray final finish coat on all trim

14. Tape all trim & baseboards to protect from overspray while rolling

15. Cut & roll the finish coat on to the walls

2. Caulk all Gaps and Spaces

3. Sand down Surfaces and Patches

4. Spray Prime all Newly installed Wood Panels

5. Sand down all Surfaces

6. Wipe Down all Surfaces

7. Apply 2 Coats of Paint
